My team’s logo
At some point I’ll make a lengthier update praising Macromedia Fireworks capabilities - the more I learn about how to use it, the better it gets (especially the pen tool!), but for now I wanted to show off share this logo I created for my class project team. (For some context the project is to design the interface of a bike computer that would include GPS maps as well as all the usual bike computer stuff)

Sweet. I’ve never used Fireworks before. Is it like Illustrator?

Its not as powerful as Illustrator; it straddles the line between raster and vector graphics tools making it easy to combine the two.

Fireworks is going to be deader than a doornail once the Adobe merger is finally done for - stick with Photoshop! It’s complexity and arcane options warm my ice-cold heart.

It could be a tank-cycle. That would be awesome. I would ride that. Seriously.
